CEDARWOOD: A mix of cedarwoods perfumes the base with its intensely woody, peppery fragrance.
JUNIPER BERRY: Silvery-blue juniper berries add the essence of gin in the heart accord. Bright, herbal, sharp; a wild freshness for the perfume.
SWEET ORANGE: Crisp, sweet citrus adds brightness to the top accord and ties the rest of the botanicals together.
The Château d’Amboise (pronounced ahm-BWAZ) has seen so many changes since its original conception in the twelfth century. Perhaps the most influential changes occurred during the Renaissance when Italian architects and designers (Leonardo da Vinci included) were brought over to appease the king’s desire for the latest in design trends. The gardens reflect this Italianate architecture as well - using strong vertical lines, repeating plant groupings, and shrubby Mediterranean natives. We decided it was important to not only create a scent that was fit for a king, but one that carried Italian influence too.
By placing ourselves in the gardens of Amboise, we designed a complex scent using plant-based essential oils that includes Moroccan cedarwood, European juniper berry, and Brazilian sweet orange to capture the river-edged elevated gardens of boxwoods and cypress, the simplistic Mediterranean plants in greens and greys, and the sweet flowers of jasmine and lily-of-the-Nile.

The Amboise botanical solid perfume is made with pure, natural jojoba oil and beeswax as well as a complex blend of plant-based essential oils that includes Moroccan cedarwood, European juniper berry, and Brazilian sweet orange. Each solid fragrance is individually crafted and hand poured so you get the strongest and freshest sensations possible.
All of our botanical perfumes, regardless of their format, are meticulously crafted exclusively from natural ingredients. As a result, they exhibit a distinct difference from the customary endurance of synthetic perfumes. Rather than filling the surrounding space with their aroma, our perfumes are designed to envelop and enhance the essence of the wearer and those in close proximity. Their longevity, spanning approximately 2 to 6 hours (sometimes more), is subject to an individual's unique body chemistry—although we commit ourselves to a minimum of 3 hours for a perfume formula, from the initial fragrance unveiling to the lingering traces of base notes on the skin.

Usage: For best scent application, use the edge of your fingernail to scrape up a portion of solid perfume. Liberally apply at pressure points (wrists, neck, behind ears, inside elbows, etc.), or wherever you wear fragrance. Reapply as desired throughout the day.
