ROCKROSE: Also known as Cistus or labdanum, rockrose adds a sultry-sweet addition to the drydown with hints of leather and a suave, herbal sweetness.
ROSEWOOD: We use a CITES compliant rosewood that gives the blend a rose-like, mineral edge amidst the agrestic herbal tonality. It's a great material as a balancing act for those who enjoy embittered perfumes.
YUZU: A sweetish-floral citrus with "green" notes that has the longest tenacity of the citrus family oils. Although harvested in Japan, it opens the fragrance with true Mediterranean vibes.
Located in sunny and fruitful Provence, the Château de Lourmarin has been around since the 12th century (originally a fortress). Upon changing hands and architecture over the centuries, it was the first renaissance château in the region and is well known for its celebration and support of young artists. Vineyards, orchards, and flowers surround the city and château, and as such, we decided it was important to formulate our scent to mimic the florals and greenery of the region.
By retracing our time spent at the Château de Lourmarin, we designed a complex scent using plant-based essential oils that includes Spanish rockrose, rosewood, and Japanese yuzu to evoke the herbal Mediterranean greenery, the vineyards and fruits surrounding the property, and the warm sun-kissed stones and agrestic flowers that abound.

All of our botanical perfumes, regardless of their format, are meticulously crafted exclusively from natural ingredients. As a result, they exhibit a distinct difference from the customary endurance of synthetic perfumes. Rather than filling the surrounding space with their aroma, our perfumes are designed to envelop and enhance the essence of the wearer and those in close proximity. Their longevity, spanning approximately 2 to 6 hours (sometimes more), is subject to an individual's unique body chemistry—although we commit ourselves to a minimum of 3 hours for a perfume formula, from the initial fragrance unveiling to the lingering traces of base notes on the skin.
In a departure from conventional perfumery, our creations are artfully constructed to undergo a metamorphosis over time. Unlike traditional fragrances that maintain a static olfactory profile, our perfumes evolve and transform, much like the gardens from which we’ve drawn inspiration. The Lourmarin eau de parfum is made in a base of USDA certified organic grain alcohol as well as a complex blend of plant-based botanical oils that includes Spanish rockrose, rosewood, and Japanese yuzu. Each small batch of eau de parfum is cured for 1-3 months so you get the strongest and freshest sensations possible.
Suggested Use: On moisturized skin, spritz on pulse points with desired amount of perfume and allow to air dry.* Reapply as desired.
*Friction can harm the delicate molecules of the naturals, so allowing the scent to dry on pulse points will allow for maximum diffusion.

Our Lourmarin botanical perfumed hair oil is made with pure, natural jojoba oil as well as a complex blend of plant-based oils and compounds formulated to bring shine, nourishment, and gentle fragrance to hair.
Suggested Use: Place 3 to 5 drops into palms and work into dry (preferred) or damp, clean hair.

Each perfume is made in micro batches and then aged for a month so you get the strongest and freshest sensations possible.
Usage: On moisturized skin, apply stick to pulse points with desired amount of oil. Reapply as desired.

The Lourmarin botanical solid perfume is made with pure, natural jojoba oil and beeswax as well as a complex blend of plant-based essential oils that includes Spanish rockrose, rosewood, and Japanese yuzu. Each perfume is individually crafted and hand poured so you get the strongest and freshest sensations possible.
Usage: For best scent application, use the edge of your fingernail to scrape up a portion of solid perfume. Liberally apply at pressure points (wrists, neck, behind ears, inside elbows, etc.), or wherever you wear fragrance. Reapply as desired throughout the day.
