GUAIACWOOD: This woody base note adds a touch of peppery-sweetness to our formula that lingers long after the citruses have faded.
CEDARMOSS: Harvested from a species of lichen, cedarmoss imparts a very earthy, forest-like aroma that is detected throughout our formula. Only added in the smallest amount possible, it loftily floats in the background.
GREEN MANDARIN: We chose green mandarin for its “green” notes when compared to other citrus oils. It gives the formula some zest and also nods to the chinoiserie themes at Eyrignac.
The emerald gardens of Eyrignac (pronounced ay-REE-nyak) are famous for their hundreds of topiaries - meticulously sculpted from boxwood, hornbeam, and yews using only hand tools by less than six gardeners all growing season. The verdant landscape is divided into seven different themed gardens, all featuring varying shapes and forms of detailed topiary craftsmanship. Forest, hills, farms, and even a truffle plantation surround the property adding even more greenery on the horizon. With so many shades of green in one place, we decided it was the perfect inspiration for a fresh and vibrant fragrance, one that plays on the virtues of spring and honors the various themes of the gardens.
Inspired by the vegetation and topiaries, we designed a complex scent using plant-based essential oils and compounds that includes Paraguayan guaiacwood, French cedarmoss, and Italian green mandarin to capture the spirit of the chinoiserie themes of the gardens, the freshness of the verdant hedges, and to conjure up the emotions of being lost in a secret garden in spring.

The Eyrignac eau de parfum is made in a base of USDA certified organic grain alcohol as well as a complex blend of plant-based botanical oils that includes Paraguayan guaiacwood, French cedarmoss, and Italian green mandarin. Each small batch of eau de parfum is cured for 1-3 months so you get the strongest and freshest sensations possible.
All of our botanical perfumes, regardless of their format, are meticulously crafted exclusively from natural ingredients. As a result, they exhibit a distinct difference from the customary endurance of synthetic perfumes. Rather than filling the surrounding space with their aroma, our perfumes are designed to envelop and enhance the essence of the wearer and those in close proximity. Their longevity, spanning approximately 2 to 6 hours (sometimes more), is subject to an individual's unique body chemistry—although we commit ourselves to a minimum of 3 hours for a perfume formula, from the initial fragrance unveiling to the lingering traces of base notes on the skin.

Suggested Use: On moisturized skin, spritz on pulse points with desired amount of perfume and allow to air dry.* Reapply as desired.
