GIVERNY

Monet’s gardens in Giverny are timeless and intimately well known. The compositions of flowers, structures, and greenery are just as impressionistic as are his paintings. But none more famous than his water lily paintings. Thus, we thought it important to capture every part of his gardens in a scent; blending water, flowers, and greenery together.

 

By retracing our own experiences getting lost within the gardens in Giverny, we designed a complex scent using plant-based essential oils that includes Australian tea tree, Indian lemongrass, and Haitian vetiver so that we could encapsulate the colorful eclectic array of flowers, the famous bridge crossing water lily-studded waters, and the sweet smelling and aromatic herbage.
